About

I am a registered social worker with the British Columbia College of Social Workers and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Children and Families, from the University of Toronto. My approach to therapy is rooted in an anti-oppressive, client-centered, and trauma-informed framework. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can slow things down, unpack, heal, and grow—focusing on the connection between mind, body, and soul.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or difficult life transitions, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to your healing journey. I incorporate body and nervous system work to help process trauma and stress, and I’m trained in EMDR therapy to support you in reprocessing past experiences.

I believe that the quality of our relationships directly impacts the quality of our lives—whether it's our relationship with ourselves or others. Using an attachment-based approach in my work, I help clients heal their relationships, empowering them to build secure, fulfilling connections.

I also specialize in couples therapy, using The Gottman Method to help partners rebuild trust, emotional intimacy, and communication. I believe in the power of your inner strength, and my goal is to help you unlock that resilience to create lasting, meaningful change.

It is my privilege to work with clients as they journey through their lives. I provide Islamically integrated care in my work, which is truly a passion of mine and an essential part of how I support clients on their healing journey.
