Uneeba Chutani
Occupational Therapist (OT)
About
I welcome you to a space dedicated to your healing and well-being. As your therapist, I
am committed to fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust and respect. I will
meet you where you are, without judgment, and together we will guide you on a path
towards your goals.
While I draw on evidence-based treatment approaches, we will tailor a unique plan that
is informed by your values, beliefs, culture and lived experiences. We will consider your
overall functioning, including how your mental health concerns may be impacting your
relationships, productivity, self-care, daily activities, spirituality, and sense of self.
Being a therapist at a leading mental health hospital and teaching at a globally top-
ranked university, I have worked with diverse populations dealing with challenges across
the spectrum, including anxiety, depression, addiction and psychosis. Whether you are
new to therapy and just understanding how it may fit into your life, or you’ve been coping
with mental health conditions for years, this space is for you. We will explore your
strengths and areas of difficulty, and empower you with skills to grow and heal.
Let’s begin with a free introductory call to better understand how we can work together to
support you on your journey.
