About
The uncertainty of this life can sometimes shed light on our fragility, leaving us with a sincere desire to seek the strength to change.
Wherever you may be in your journey, I would be honoured to work with you in co-building hope and strength to create meaningful changes in your life.
As a therapist trained from an Islamic psychology approach, I am interested in supporting you to become the best version of yourself in this life and in the Hereafter.
Together, we will understand all the factors that led you to where you are now from a place of empathy and insight. We will identify the areas where you can create the desired changes in yourself, your family, and your community. I use transformative tools - both from our Islamic tradition and from contemporary therapy approaches (narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialogic therapy, emotion-focused therapy) - to help you reach the desired goals and outcomes.
My own journey, education, and experience in providing care has taught me that change begins with a sense of commitment. I want to help you answer the questions: “what is the change that I am committed to fulfilling?” and “what keeps standing in the way?”
Let’s begin with a phone call or video call to get to know each other, understand your goals, and answer any questions you may have!
