About
You may feel like controlling what you eat is your only sense of control in your life right now. Bingeing and restricting may feel like your only escape - it may be how you manage all the chaos and stress in your life right now. But slowly, it’s becoming part of your identity, and creating a harmful reality.
It’s time to come home to yourself, this time with understanding, compassion and mercy similar to what Allah (s.w.t.) so effortlessly grants us all. This vicious cycle may feel inescapable, but every behaviour has purpose. Once we can identify what this behaviour is giving us, what purpose it serves, we can, together, work to replace it with a healthier alternative coping mechanism(s). A life-giving one - and not a life-taking one.
I'm really interested in getting to know you and be a helping hand through your journey to better health. It’s not just about managing symptoms, but truly understanding the underlying causes of your struggles and addressing them with empathy and effective tools.
Let's uncover the roots of your challenges and move towards healing in a way that respects your individual needs and the values you hold dear. Together, we can build a path forward that restores balance and enriches your life. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you rediscover strength and joy in a sustainable and fulfilling manner.
