About

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or dealing with tough situations and relationships? Therapy can be an incredible support, and I'm here to walk that path with you! My approach is all about empathy, understanding, and a holistic, client-centered experience. I’m trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and everything I do is grounded in the Islamic worldview.

I truly believe **you** are the expert of your own life—you already have the wisdom, skills, and inner strength needed for growth. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can honor your unique experiences, reclaim your story, and tap into your strengths so you can feel grounded, confident, and ready to face whatever challenges come your way.

You can expect compassion, sincere naseeha (advice), the sweetness of iman (faith), warmth, laughter, tears, authenticity, and deep, insightful conversations. Most importantly, I hope to offer you respect and a sense of hope. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, so let’s keep it simple—how about we start with a quick 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit? Just hit the Get Matched button to schedule a free intro chat.

A bit about me: I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an HBSc in Psychology and Health Studies from the University of Toronto. I’ve worked with teens, students, and adults from all walks of life, helping them through a range of mental health and daily life challenges. I’m especially passionate about empowering women and mothers on their healing journeys. I live in Ontario with my husband and three wonderful kids.

Let’s get started on your wellness journey together!
