About

Many of us judge our emotions too harshly. When we feel sadness, we may see it as weakness. When anger arises, we might label ourselves as bad. Fear can make us feel cowardly. Often, we’re afraid to fully experience our emotions, fearing they’ll overwhelm or harm us. So, we learn to block and suppress them—it’s how we’ve learned to survive. But I believe emotions are signals placed within us by our Creator to help us understand our needs. Feeling emotions doesn’t make you weak; it makes you human. Emotions simply are. They’re not good or bad—they are a compass, guiding us toward a more authentic and spiritually connected life.

As a creative psychotherapist, I integrate various therapeutic approaches with your unique spiritual beliefs and values. Therapy, to me, is a creative and collaborative process. In our work together, we will hold space for every part of you—your complex thoughts, feelings, and beliefs—with tenderness, patience, and understanding. Facing ourselves with compassion, love, and acceptance is one of the most courageous acts we can undertake. This process opens the door to living from an openhearted state, one grounded in curiosity, calm, confidence, creativity, compassion, clarity, courage, and connection.

What if you no longer had to live under the weight of shame, anxiety, and guilt? What if the defenses that once protected you no longer had to hold you back? Who would you become once you allowed yourself to truly feel and embrace your emotions? Do these possibilities spark a sense of curiosity and wonder?

Let’s explore these questions together. I am here to walk with you on your journey to deeper emotional awareness and understanding. Together, we will uncover the messages your emotions hold and learn to listen to them as they guide you back to your truest self.
