About
You wake up each morning, feeling the weight of anxiety pressing down, the echoes of self-doubt lingering, and the relentless pull of overwhelming stress. Maybe your thoughts constantly spiral—worrying about the future, replaying the past, or navigating the complexities of relationships and social connections. These struggles can leave you feeling disconnected—from yourself, your loved ones, and even your faith—while yearning for balance and peace in your life.
But imagine instead a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. A space where you can explore your challenges without fear of judgment, develop meaningful tools for change, and reconnect with your inner self and values. Together, we can create that space and work toward a life that feels grounded, fulfilling, and aligned with your sense of purpose, Insha’Allah.
My journey with Islam has influenced my approach to therapy, providing a meaningful foundation for integrating faith into therapeutic practices. Through formal courses at Al Huda Institute, I’ve gained the knowledge and understanding to weave Islamic teachings into therapy in ways that feel both authentic and empowering. For those who wish to explore faith as part of their therapy, I offer a tailored approach that bridges Islamic principles with evidence-based techniques, fostering a path that is both culturally sensitive and spiritually aligned.
I’m dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and valued. Using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy, I help clients manage anxiety-related challenges, understand behavioral patterns, improve communication, and navigate relationship dynamics. My passion lies in helping individuals build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their connections—with themselves, their loved ones, and their faith.
Every step you take toward healing is a step toward reconnecting with the life you were meant to live. Let’s begin this journey together, Insha’Allah, and work toward a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and true to who you are!
